About Us Kenlynn Properties Australia Pty Ltd (KPA) is synonymous with a long standing reputation, quality construction and superior locations. From humble beginnings in 1963 building small suburban unit blocks, KPA develops medium density, quality residential and mixed use projects ranging in value from $1,000,000 to $15,000,000. Since its inception, KPA has successfully developed several hundred residential projects including apartments, houses, town houses, motels and hotels. KPA has also been involved in commercial, retail and industrial projects. KPA manages the development process from project conception to completion. Specialist in-house experts undertake site acquisitions, financing, planning, construction and marketing. The company also undertakes most of its own construction to ensure a quality product time after time. Our Team KPA is committed to its staff, many of whom have been working for the company for over twenty five years. KPA is jointly managed by Peter Flynn and Scott Flynn both of whom have extensive property knowledge, understanding and expertise. Peter Flynn founded the business utilising architectural and building skills producing suburban six pack blocks of units. Scott Flynn, a masters graduate in the School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation at Columbia University in New York City manages site acquisition, project financing, planning and marketing. They are supported by Nick Barr, the company construction manager and Rhonda Anderson the company administrator.
